Bought a gift voucher for my mum and it never arrived and I didn't get a confirmation email- but the money was deducted of course. Like my fallow reviewers, I can confirm that it is impossible to get any info from them. They never reply to emails. I am so annoyed and angry that companies like this exist. Please, don't use flowkey!!!
Just bought a years subscription on a Black Friday deal.
Had a problem straight away. The app will not play through headphones. The P121 piano does not have a Aux in port.
After contacting the company tried various things but they did not work. So although I really enjoyed this app I decided to ask for a refund under 14 day cooling off rules. My money was refunded instantly.
Great App but needs to fix the bug of not recognizing the g note. Seems lots of people are having this issue. I’m canceling my subscription just because of this reason. Very frustrating!
